Hayden Lipp Financial Services, LLC, (HLFS) is the umbrella corporation under which Hayden Lipp Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) functions. They are separate entities. The RIA provides financial planning and fee-only advisory services. No fee-only client will be asked to purchase products from the RIA. Recommendations for products will be made, and they will be the lowest cost products to fill the identified need (a fiduciary responsibility). These products may be purchased from any vendor, and the RIA will advise on the suitability of that vendor. Options will be presented in the financial plan or recommendations.

If a client wishes to purchase recommended products or services, they may do so through HLFS, TOTALLY AT THEIR OPTION. Hayden Lipp, through HLFS, maintains all of the required licenses and appointments to act as a sales agent. If the client wishes to use HLFS, Hayden will be acting as either a Registered Representative of Fortune Financial Services or the licensed and appointed representative of various insurance companies.
