Hayden Lipp has 20 years experience in financial planning and insurance. He also has considerable experience outside of the financial services industry, which gives him a strong empathy with those who work in the "real world." He was a researcher and manager in the chemical industry and holds a BS, MS and PhD in Chemistry and an MBA in Management and Finance.
Hayden also believes that community service is important if one is to have a fully satisfying personal and business life. He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Senior Friendship Centers in southwest Florida (www.friendshipcenters.org), and served as President and Director of his Home Owners Association.
He moved to Sarasota in 2004, but has maintained clients in Memphis, and continues to welcome new business in the Memphis area.
Hayden subscribes to the code of ethics of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA) (www.NAIFA.org).
An investment adviser can not work in isolation. Hayden, in order to provide a thorough review for his clients and provide expertise in all area of financial planning, maintains a network of professionals to work with clients. These professionals are not employees, and provide advice at their own fee schedule. Included are:
- A CPA firm for complex tax issues
- Tax accountants and bookkeepers for more routine tax issues
- A non-profit credit counseling agency
- Attorneys expert in estate planning, elder law, and general legal advice.
Hayden is the Florida Registered Investment Adviser in Hayden Lipp Financial Services, LLC (HLFS). HLFS handles any commissioned product sales in insurance or investment products.
